Patient Billing

At Peak City Family Dentistry, we make every effort to make your investment in restoring your dental health affordable.   Our office has selected several companies to assist our patients in getting the care they desire.  We have chosen companies that offer no down payment, interest-free, and extended payment plans.  Application is simple and easy, and approval only takes five minutes.  At your request, we can also pre-qualify your application.

For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

We are excited to announce that we are now offering an AFFORDABLE SMILE CARE PROGRAM that has no maximum, no waiting period, and no deductible!  For one flat cost it includes:

  • Two routine exams

  • Two standard cleanings

  • Any necessary xrays

  • One adult fluoride treatment or two child fluoride treatments

  • Plus, an additional 10% off of any diagnosed treatment

Patients with insurance – We gladly answer questions regarding dental insurance and will call your dental carrier to verify coverage. As a courtesy to our patients, we file dental insurance and may accept assignment of benefits.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Apex Office Phone Number 919-362-8797. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
