Meet the Staff
ERIN ZICKRICK- Patient Treatment Coordinator
Erin grew up in Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a certificate in Gerontology. She and her husband, Tim, moved to North Carolina from northern Colorado in June 2015 with their dog, Maia. Prior to Peak City Family Dentistry, Erin had 3 1/2 years of dental experience and loves the dental field! She enjoys getting to work with all ages and help patients understand their dental insurance.
Erin and her husband have been married 7 1/2 years and had their first child, Amelia, in August 2016. They are enjoying their new life in North Carolina.
Alice Kent- Patient relations
Alice grew up in Richmond, Virginia. She started her career 9 years ago as a dental assistant before transitioning into patient coordinator. She enjoys working with patients at the front and also helping out chairside, as needed. She loves to make our patients feel comfortable and calm during their time with us.
Hannah Mullens- Dental Hygienist
Hannah grew up in Newcomerstown, Ohio. After high school she attended West Liberty University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene. Shortly after she graduated college, she married her high school sweetheart, Doug, and moved to Durham to be with him. They have a rescue dog named Cara that they spoil and treat just like a member of the family. In her free time you could find her doing crafts, running, boating, watching The Ohio State Buckeyes, traveling, and anything that involves spending time with Doug and Cara. Hannah loves being a dental hygienist because she gets to meet so many great and interesting people while at the same time, being able to educate them about how to improve their oral health.
Amy Terrents- Dental Hygienist
Amy Terrents is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has been practicing dental hygiene for 15 years and has been working in the field of dentistry for 17 years. Amy received her BS in Dental Hygiene from UNC-CH in 2002, after graduating with a Bachelors degree in Psychology from East Carolina University in 1998. While in school, Amy was voted and served as Student Liaison for UNC Dental School faculty and staff. She was also the recipient of the Student Total Achievement Award for excellence in patient care. Amy also received an award from UNC-CH School of Dentistry for a project presented on positively increasing patient compliance. Amy truly enjoys being a dental hygienist and prides herself on being gentle and thorough. She loves to bring a bright smile to all patients’ faces!
When not fighting for healthy gums for all, Amy loves spending time with her husband and two children. She enjoys running, helping others, the beach, and good coffee. She can also be seen having fun at her husband’s soccer games, son’s lacrosse, and daughter’s dance.
hEATHER HARDIN- Dental Hygienist
Heather is a native to North Carolina. After working as a dental assistant in a periodontal and oral surgery office for 2 years, she went back to college for her Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has a passion for dentistry and loves meeting new, exciting people. She is happily married to her husband, Lewis, and they have 3 beautiful children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time, Heather enjoys going to the beach, volunteering at her church, and sports. Heather enjoys filling in at Peak City Family Dentistry when needed.
Stephanie mILLER- Dental Assistant (CDA)
Stephanie grew up in Wilmington, NC. She graduated from Cape Fear Community College in 2011 as a Certified Dental Assistant. She recently relocated to Holly Springs to be closer to her sister. Stephanie has a rescue pup named “Bailey” that’s always by her side and looking for the next adventure. She enjoys doing anything out doors, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, horseback riding, and during the summer she and Bailey can likely be found on the beach!
lIANA TARALLO- Dental Assistant (DA2)
Liana is originally from Long Island, NY, and moved to Apex, NC, in 2007. She is a graduate of Central Carolina Community College Dental Program. Liana finds dental assisting very rewarding and strives to provide the highest quality of care and compassion to all of our patients. She is always working hard to learn new things and help everyone achieve great oral health. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, drawing, and painting. Liana also loves going to the beach and spending time with family, friends, and her fiance, James.
